1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of these sweepstakes is The Catty Shack Cat Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Ben Wheeler, Texas (“Catty Shack”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

These sweepstakes are open only to natural persons who:

• Are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (“lower 48”); and

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible to enter or win:

• Members of the Board of Directors of The Catty Shack Cat Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc.; and

• Members of the households of such board members (whether related or not, if living at the same address).

Volunteers, fosters, donors, supporters, and members of the general public are eligible to participate.

Individuals who directly administer or conduct the drawing for a particular sweepstakes may not participate in the drawing for that particular sweepstakes.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes period for all four sweepstakes begins on November 24, 2025 and ends on December 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

• Online and donation entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked between November 24, 2025 and December 12, 2025 and received by Catty Shack prior to the applicable drawing.

Entries submitted or postmarked outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. FOUR SEPARATE SWEEPSTAKES

There are four (4) separate and distinct sweepstakes, each with its own entries, prize, fundraising minimum, and drawing:

• Sweepstakes #1

• Sweepstakes #2

• Sweepstakes #3

• Sweepstakes #4

Entries do not carry over between sweepstakes. You must enter each sweepstakes separately.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry for each sweepstakes: a donation entry and a free mail-in entry. Donation is not required to enter and does not increase your odds of winning.

5A. Donation Entry (Suggested Method)

During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter a sweepstakes by making a voluntary donation to Catty Shack in the amounts shown below and designating which sweepstakes you are entering:

• Sweepstakes #1: $20 per entry

• Sweepstakes #2: $20 per entry

• Sweepstakes #3: $10 per entry

• Sweepstakes #4: $5 per entry

Donation entries are unlimited. Each donation in the specified amount counts as one (1) entry into the designated sweepstakes.

All donations must be made via the methods and links provided by Catty Shack during the Sweepstakes Period. A donation is not required to participate.

5B. Free Entry (Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry)

You may receive one (1) free entry per household per sweepstakes without making any donation.

To enter for free:

1. Handwrite the following information on a 3 × 5 inch index card:

   • Your full name

   • Mailing address

   • Email address

   • Phone number

   • The sweepstakes you are entering (#1, #2, #3, or #4)

2. Mail the card to:

A separate 3 × 5 card is required for each sweepstakes you wish to enter. Limit one free entry per household per sweepstakes.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received prior to the drawing for the relevant sweepstakes. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, or illegible entries may be disqualified at Catty Shack’s discretion.

Donation entries and mail-in entries are treated equally for purposes of the drawings.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)

There will be one (1) winner per sweepstakes, for a total of four (4) winners.

• Sweepstakes #1 Prize:
  One complete 8-vinyl limited pressing of The Life of a Showgirl (Taylor Swift).
  Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $850.

• Sweepstakes #2 Prize:
  One complete 8-vinyl limited pressing of The Life of a Showgirl (Taylor Swift) (same prize as Sweepstakes #1).
  ARV: $850.

• Sweepstakes #3 Prize:
  One 4-CD boxed set of The Life of a Showgirl with jewelry and art.
  ARV: $300.

• Sweepstakes #4 Prize:
  One 4-CD set of The Life of a Showgirl with acoustic bonus tracks.
  ARV: $70.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be resold as part of the sweepstakes prize, and no cash alternative is offered. Catty Shack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. MINIMUM FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT

These sweepstakes serve as charitable fundraisers for Catty Shack. Although no donation is required to enter, each sweepstakes is subject to a minimum fundraising goal:

• Sweepstakes #1 Minimum: $2,500

• Sweepstakes #2 Minimum: $2,500

• Sweepstakes #3 Minimum: $1,500

• Sweepstakes #4 Minimum: $1,000

If a sweepstakes does not meet its minimum fundraising goal by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Catty Shack reserves the right to:

• Cancel that sweepstakes,

• Refund all voluntary donations made specifically for that sweepstakes, and

• Not select a winner for that sweepstakes.

Free mail-in entries for a canceled sweepstakes will have no prize associated with them.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

For each sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (donation and mail-in) received for that sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Drawings will be conducted within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

• Catty Shack may conduct the drawing publicly (for example, via livestream or posted video) or privately using a random number generator or other impartial method.

• Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry.

A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of Catty Shack’s first attempt to contact them. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim or accept the prize, Catty Shack may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning a particular sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that sweepstakes.

9. SHIPPING

• Standard shipping is free to winners with a valid street address within the contiguous United States (“lower 48”).

• Catty Shack does not ship prizes to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

• Winners may request insured, signature-required, or expedited shipping at their own expense, and any additional shipping costs must be paid prior to shipment.

• Catty Shack will make every reasonable effort to ship prizes promptly so that they may arrive before Christmas; however, delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed.

• Catty Shack is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once a prize has been shipped.

10. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize they receive. Catty Shack does not provide tax advice; winners should consult their own tax professional if they have questions.

11. USE OF FUNDS

All voluntary donations received through these sweepstakes support the charitable mission of The Catty Shack Cat Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc., including but not limited to:

• Veterinary care

• Spay/neuter surgeries

• Food, supplies, and daily care

• Housing and support for cats and kittens in Catty Shack’s care

• ​

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in any of these sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Catty Shack Cat Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, actions, or damages arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the sweepstakes;

• Any technical malfunctions, failures, or interruptions;

• Any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries;

• Acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or

• Any travel or activity related to any prize.

Catty Shack is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any typographical or other errors in the printing or administration of the sweepstakes, in the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of:

• Administering the sweepstakes;

• Contacting potential and actual winners; and

• Where consent is given, providing updates about Catty Shack Cat Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc.

Catty Shack does not sell or share entrant information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

14. SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR CANCEL

Catty Shack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any sweepstakes if:

• Fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Catty Shack’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, security, or proper functioning of the sweepstakes; or

• Any law, regulation, or court order requires such action.

In the event of cancellation, Catty Shack may, but is not obligated to, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the cancellation, or may refund donations as described in Section 7.

Catty Shack’s decisions regarding all matters related to the sweepstakes are final and binding.

15. ADDITIONAL NOTICES

These sweepstakes are not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Taylor Swift, TAS Rights Management, Facebook, Instagram, or any other company or platform. Any references to such entities are for prize description purposes only.

By entering any of these sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
